I may have missed something, but I don't seem to be able to find a download of a 64 bit version of DVRMSToolbox - 1.2.1.9.  Or does the current install work for both?  Otherwise, great work and keep us ppor MCE people loving DTB!!!

Sorry, but no joy! The frequency of hangs is down but still happens from time to time.  Ideas?

As part of my rebuild, I imaged the hard drive so I could try different things. Current results with all the latest MS updates: Nvidia decoder from the latest version to the earliest I have  (...145) all showed eventual problems; frquency of occurance seems correlated to the higher rev numbers. But even ...145 occassionally stalled. ...

Oh, I have no doubt that its is a software issue, but I hav been bitten in the past by drivers. I am ready to change the hard drive and do a new build. So I will try to have mine as similar to yours.  The one exeption will be wmencoder sdk. Let you know what I find then. Thanks
