I'm wondering this same thing. I have a good number of .avi files which will not be processed by dvrmstoolbox. The filewatcher picks it up with no problem. I see the .mpg being created up to a certain point in the DTBTemp folder, then the creation stops. I'm going to post this in another thread...

I am happy to say that this finally works now on my psp. I used the info that onlydarksets found with the version 10 mencoder and it worked great. Important to note though for psp users is that I am using the 3.3 OE custom firmware. I would imagine that these settings would work for all of the firmwares...
