DVRMSToolbox and Show Analyzer do not work well together

Hello please help, I have a show that is HDTV and a couple hours long. If I run it inside of Show Analyzer's schoolhouse all is well, it sees all the commercials. If I then set DVRMSToolbox to use SA and attempt to use the profile: remove commercial and copy DVRMS - it seems to see the commercials...

"The Graph Was Unable to Load the Show"

I've seen a few references to this error, but no resolution. I had 1.1.0.6 loaded and running perfectly. One day it just stopped working and gave me this message. I can't just live with it b/c every time i try to fast forward it pops that message up and won't let me do anything until I acknowledge...

ShowAnalyzer 0.9.0

Jere released a new version of SA. He has classified this release as "Stable" so we have even more to be excited about. 0.9.0 - 20 June 2007 - Fixed crash caused by 0 length packets in DVRMS files in SchoolHouse - Possibly fixed the "leftover tray icon" problem - Corrected timing...
