Conversion from dvr-ms to mpg freezes

Brand new to the tools and I'm endeavoring to convert a dvr-ms to mpg but the dvrms to mpeg gui stops at 38.78%. The program shows as running but does not utilize any cpu. DVRMSToolbox and Show Analyzer do not work well together

Hello please help, I have a show that is HDTV and a couple hours long. If I run it inside of Show Analyzer's schoolhouse all is well, it sees all the commercials. If I then set DVRMSToolbox to use SA and attempt to use the profile: remove commercial and copy DVRMS - it seems to see the commercials...

Cannot figure this out

I know this is probably really simple and I am just missing it. I have installed the program. What do I do? Do I just sit and wait and it performs the actions automatically.
