Brand new to the tools and I'm endeavoring to convert a dvr-ms to mpg but the dvrms to mpeg gui stops at 38.78%. The program shows as running but does not utilize any cpu. DVRMSToolbox and Show Analyzer do not work well together

Question for babgvant: "Create Failure" when burning re-spliced dvrms files in MCE 2005

Support for Mediacorder drives

I got a Mediacorder hd media drive to record TV shows from Mediacenter. I would like to use your tool to automatically remove commercials, compress the file, re-add the meta data and then shoot this to the cartridges and delete the original off the regular drive. Converting back to dvr-ms doesn't compress as well as just to a mpeg

The profile for convert to mpeg using ffdshow compresses the original dvr-ms file extremely well. But you lose all the valuable TVGuide data this way. it seems the only profile that does this which creates another dvr-ms file doesn't keep the good compression, it's about only 1 meg smaller than...
