Ad skipping functionality has stopped at Extenders - XP MCE2005 1.1.0.8

Resolved but it was a work around. Returned to a restore point where I knew that ad skipping worked then I had to re-install DVRMS Toolbox. Comskip erratic since XP sp3 update
