Convert to DVR-MS?

I have a few videos (WMV) that I'd like to have show up in the "Recorded TV" section on Vista MCE. The reason is non-tech spousal related. Is there a way I can do that or convert a WMV file to DVR-MS to get it picked up? Thanks for all your good work. p.s., does anyone have a notion about...
