When waiting for DTB to convert .mkv files to .wtv automatically do I need to make sure that DVRMSFileWatcher.exe is running in the system tray? Or does that only assist ShowAnalyzer in scanning for commercials?

Problem with waiting til recording has completed to process the file

I'm having problems w/filewatcher not waiting until the recording has completed to kick-off converting a WTV file to DVR-MS. The log is below.
