Delete the original have cutting the commercials

Is there a way to delete the original DVRMS file after the commercials are cut out? I want the new file to replace the old. Im gonna try to see if i can edit one of the profiles to do this, but if someone knows how or has a profile i can get that would be great! thxs in advance.

DVRMSToolbox and Show Analyzer do not work well together

I have just had time to work on my MCE machine, and found that I have this same issue, Has anyone solved this, or do I just have to run all comskip processes before I can run the DVRMS Toolbox after the fact, kinda defeats the purpose! LOL

waiting to process

I installed DVRMSToolbox last night. I used the GUI and processes 14 files removing commercials and outputing to mpeg. All but two removed the commercials fine. Although commercials at the very beginnning were still there. I realize that it doesn't know if the very beginnning is a commercial or not...
