I've tried many potential solutions from the Forum and many different settings, but can't get it to work.  Here are my specs:

 Installed on Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit O/S

DTB Version: 1.2.2.5

Registered version of Show Analyzer v. 1.0.59.783

Settings on DTB: Realtime Default Priority using ShowAnalyzer; 2 workers; Commercial Skip display type is classic with auto skip commercials checked. Not sure what else is needed in my settings to problem solve, but here is a sample log from a show:

Go into the find commercials action and change the commercial analyzer to SAV1. See if that forces it to use Show Analyzer. Do you have Show Analyzer properly configured to output xml commercial files to the DTB commercials directory? Comskip will fail everytime because the version included with DVRMSToolbox cannot process .wtv files.

Thank you for the suggestion, however this still didn't work. I do have Show Analyzer configured to output xml to the DTB commercials directory.  Here's the latest log of a show that tried to process (note I removed most of the %'s complete because they went on for a long way):

I don't see a problem here. Everything looks fine. Have you installed the dtb addin?

I'm not sure.  How could I validate that?  Would it show up as a separate program?

I downloaded the DTB add in and installed.  Now, when I open a recorded show, I get an error message that says "DTB Addin program has stopped responding and you will be returned to Windows Media Center"

Did you reboot?

Yes.

Enable add-in debugging in the settings tool. Restart and post the exthost log after you reproduce the error.

Eureka!  I had the 32 bit DTB add-in installed and I have 64 bit Win 7.  I uninstalled the 32 bit version and installed the 64 bit and now it works.  Thanks much for your help! Hasta la vista commercials!
