remote commands not operating DVRMS/DTB add in

I have a Win7 64bit with DVRMS 1225 and the DTB 1007-r3 installed with Show Analyzer. When i go into Media Center and play a show, the commercials skip. Great! But even though I have remote keys assigned to 'go forward', 'go back', 'skip on key', 'skip off key' the key presses just do the standard WMC commands. ie, my Skip on/off key is 'Down' but in Media Center it opens the mini guide. I started event logger and here is the errors i get when i start WMC watching a recorded show:       "Unable to uninitialize. System.ObjectDisposedException: Safe handle has been closed at System.StubHelpers.StubHelpers.SafeHandleC2NHelper(Object pThis, IntPtr pCleanupWorkList) at Microsoft.Win32.Win32Native.SetEvent(SafeWaitHandle handle) at System.Threading.EventWaitHandle.Set() at MediaControl.MediaControl.Uninitialize()"

Any clue what this is and why my remote wont trigger the plugin? similarly, i don't know if anyone uses MediaControl, butI have it installed for subtitles and ff/rewind of MKV files. Same thing there though, the buttons I assigned in that rogram are not triggering the plug in commands. All my remote resses are the native Media Center functions.

Everything else seems to run fine. commercials are autoskipping, I just like to go back and turn it off for those events where Show Analyzer messed u and skips through part of a show!

Re: remote commands not operating DVRMS/DTB add in

so i removed Media control thinking it may be the cause. I then repaired DVRMS and DTB and Showanalyzer. at startup I see DTB starts successful, Showanalyzer successful. Then when I start Media Center, DVRMS starts noting: MceStateFile Initialized. so it all seems to be correctly running. i just cant use my remote control to navigate forward/back or stop/start auto skip?!
