Logs: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source"

I'm having trouble getting File Watcher to kick off the commercial scanning.  The log information is below.  I think the problem has to do with the "Get Video Information" step where some value (source?) appears to be null.

Anyone else have this isuse?  Any ideas how to solve?

    thanks,

    Chris

Every get a fix for this? Same issue here trying to process recordings on a remote drive. Using service logged in a user with access to recording drive as well as running FW application. Win 7 x64.

You can remove the "Get Video Information" action from the profile

Thanks Andy! I'll take a look at doing that at some point just to play around with it. However, I've implemented DirMon2 in my setup as a directory watcher, integrating it with comskip for processing on a remote workstation, and using your MCAddin for automated commercial skipping. As ridiculously complex as it sounds, it's actually quite clean and simple and works like a champ! It's documented here in case anyone is interested in trying it: http://www.kaashoek.com/comskip/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1223
