Convert MKV (with h264 inside) and .mp4/.m4v To WTV with h264

Is this possible? What I'd like to do is get these different files to show up in recorded TV. Given that WTV supports h264 in the container I'm hoping that this would be a pretty quick process. Only part missing is getting the meta data. So it would go something like this: File monitor sees new file. Gets Meta Data for episode if not successful bugs off for a while and checks again If successfull continues Convert MKV with 264 or .mp4 into .wtv with a container change instead of a full convert metadata added to .wtv file .wtv file copied into recorded tv original mkv/.mp4/.m4v deleted Suggestions? This would be killer because it wouldn't balloon the converted file to be a HUGE MPEG2 file and would be super quick instead of taking forever to convert and there should be no quality loss. Thanks!

Well duh on the mkv front. Found it and got it working. Great! Is there a way to do the same for .mp4 and .m4v files? Also, is there a way for the directory monitor to monitor a folder and if it's that folder put in some form of file so that I don't get the "Commerical file not found. Do you want to process?" on all of my movies? Thanks!

You can try using SoundTaxi Converter. I prefer to convert mp4 to mp3 with it, but I think the conversion you want will ok as well. It costs you nothing to try, so just test it. http://www.soundtaxi.info/mp4-to-mp3.html
