Please help. I am trying to convert a show from a WTV file for Windows Phone 7 and Zune. I started from the "convert for Zune (no commercials)" profile. Normally I get nothing, but sometimes I get ~ 20 minute conversion from a 1 hour long show with the wrong aspect ratio. (Maybe I only get a conversion after a reboot? I haven't tested this theory).
In short, here are the results
No changes to "convert for Zune (no commercials)" - ~20 minute 640x480 file from an hour long 1280x720 show. (results logged below)
in the cbrzune.prx file, changed the instances of 640 to 800 and 480 to 450. - results, no output (logged below)
Changed to the wmvhd.prx profile - results, no output (not logged below)
changed back to the original crbzune.prx file and configured the output for 800x450, results ~20 minute 640x480 file from an hour long 1280x720 show. (results logged below)
I originally tried saving this in a word file with screenshots, but they didn't copy over.

Goal: have DVRMSToolbox and ShowAnalyzer scan each show for commercials. For a few select shows, cut commercials and create a WMV (with WMA audio) for Zune/WP7.
Step 1: Set up commercial scan using the Ben Drawbaugh guide in Engadget HD:

I looked at the crbzune.prx file and I found where the 640x480 resolution is hard coded
I changed everywhere I saw 640 to 800 and 480 to 450.
Renamed the file "cbrZunerobwp7.prx"
Edited the profile for "Convert for Zune (no commercials)"
Configured the "Add extra data to context"
Changed the Prx Path to my "cbrZunerobwp7.prx" file

same as last time... a truncated file with the wrong aspect ratio
