It looks like the problem isn't with the xml, but something with the jump.

I added more logging and some logic to try handling this condition.  Let me know if it makes a difference.

The new version got locked up on cannot skip past the end error and we could not get the error to go away.  It just kept popping the error again.  Also, we got a media experience is null error, and restarted MC to fix that.  I've attached the log.  It happened at 7:25 on 2/28/10.

This time as soon as it reached the point it should have skipped to the next segment.  I popped up cannot skip past the end of show and wouldn't go away until I exited media center.  I've attached the log.  3/21/10 around 8:32 pm.  The skipping worked fine up until that point.  There was enough show and the commercial segment was marked at that point to do the skip.  Log is attached.

3/28/10 7:57pm.  Same as last time.

Any luck with the most recent log?

I do believe you have fixed it!!!  Thanks for working through it with me!

Let's cross our fingers :)  If it shows up again, or you experience other issues, LMK.  Given the fix (the addin was only getting the file's length when playback started), I'm surprised there weren't more complaints.
