When using the FileWatcher to process MKV files the log fails with:

Is this a permissions problem with the FileWatcher not being able to access some of the AVIVO resources? I have set 'everyone' full access on the programfiles\dvrmstoolbox folder and that has not helped. I also run this profile with AVI files and it runs fine from FileWatcher, leading me to believe it is something related to the MKV video or audio that is causing my problem.
Does anyone use AVIVO successfully to convert MKV to MPG? For what its worth, after i convert to MPG i then convert to DVR-MS and drop it in my recorded TV folder which is working flawless with the AVI files right now. I have had this working using mencoder but mencoder gives me sporadic lockups and with hang on certain files, never converting them at all.
