todvrms creates choppy video when streamed on Xbox 360

Any thoughts on why the resulting dvr-ms file would not play correctly streamed to an Xbox 360 via VMC?  The audio is correct, but the video stutters about every second or two.

The same file plays correctly on the VMC host itself.

    1. I'm converting ripped DVD using DVDFab HD Decrypter (Main Movie Only)

    2. Then converting *.vob to .mpg using ffmpeg

    3. Then converting to .dvr-ms using todvrms.exe

I also tried a single .vob file from the original rip (as I don't know how to make todvrms deal with multiple .vob files) and I get the same problem, so this takes ffmpeg out of list as a possible culprit.

    Thanks!

    X
