My current system is win7 x64, recording cable and ota HD, i was setting up DTB to cut commercials tonight, and noticed todvrms would make some files 300kb.. some 700kb and some would come out fine, so i load the todvrms gui and run it bout 20 times on 1 file.. and never got the same output size twice? and approx 1 in 5 would do the 300kb thing.. any ideas on this? These are of course .wtv files.. i can live with the random filesizes.. but the tiny ones are not so good:)
