    Infection - C:\Program Files\DVRMSToolbox\dvrmsfilewatcherservice.InstallState

    Spyware doctor found this!! others did not!!

    ZoneAlarm virus/spyware, Spybot S&D, Adaware NO!! Have not scanned yet with Spy Sweeper, Panda, or Bit Defender!!

    inputs anyone I know it was put there for a reason like Doctor says to ignore!!

    Hmm, it is a false positive.  It is a XML (soap envelope) document.  It is on purpose.  The MSI installer creates it if there are custom actions used during the install phase (or something like that).
