Yes I have that folder, but I have searched the entire computer (all drives) for "WTVConverter" and got nothing

Hi I'm sure this has been addressed previously and I am very experienced pc user however I cannot seem to figure out how to use the DVRMSToolbox to achieve my goal. I have a Vista setup of Media Center with the TV pack installed. All of my recordings are created in WTV format. I want to be able to burn these to a DVD. I have jumped through all kinds of meaningless hoops. I have gotten some of the worst advise imaginable.

I really don’t want this to be a lifelong project. It's just so annoying, here I sit with these files and I can’t do a thing with them and there is no CLEAR instructions that I have been able to come up with.
