I need some help on how to process a directory. All my movies are located on my Windows Home Server. They are in folder called Videos but each file is in a seperate subfolder. How do I set up Toolbox so that it can automatically search the folder Videos and its subfolders and convert the MKV to WTV? Also, how do I setup the profile so that once it converts the file it deletes the original MKV file?

Thanks
