I used to run the HDHR until Comcast encrypted every channel. I've installed an M-Card, and activated it using Media Center. With the HDHR software on my SageTV server I can tune channels 2 thru 33. (disturbed if all I can get is channels still available with an old analog tuner) SageTV recognizes the 3 new video sources as "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner...". SageTV can't actually tune anything though, showing up as "No Signal". So, I install and configure SageDCT. Not sure why I need this, but perhaps it'll resolve the problem. SageTV doesn't see any new video sources named "SageDCT-HDHomeRun Prime..." as I was expecting. I've tried with and without the HDHR service running on the SageTV server. Either way, "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner..." video sources are there to select.

I'm not sure what I'm missing in the setup process. I haven't been able to find a complete setup guide for this particular configuration. Only pieces here and there. As I mentioned, I don't even know why I would need SageDCT, as opposed to simply using the Silicondust sources. Either way, nothing works in SageTV.

I remember the old HDHR setup being rather combersom. Having to manually tune every channel with the HDHR application, and assign names from the Zap2it site. I don't know if this is what I'm missing for the Prime, but it didn't seem to need it.

Any tips or direction to a guide would be appreciated.
