Error: "process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".

Hello all. First post and glad to be here. I'm new to dvrms so please bear with me. I am getting the following error message in Users\Public\DvrmsToolbox\FWLogs: Start Process: 12/4/2013 : 4:03 PM InputFile=D:\Recorded TV\Rules of Engagement_XETV_2013_12_04_16_03_15.wtv Processing actions, this may take some time!! Comskip runs fine by itself in a terminal window. I've set different paths in the dvrms settings, changed permissions, all with no success. Any ideas or pointers appreciated.
