Errors in logs but commercial xml's being created

Hi, I am getting errors in my DTBFWService and FWlog log files but commercial xml's are still being created.

I am also getting ehexthost log files which only have a series of dashes in them.

My setup in W7 x64, DTB 1.2.2.6, DTBAddin 1.0.0.8 and Comskip 81-052 donators.

Can anybody suggest what is going on or offer a solution?

    Thanks,

     John.

Re: Errors in logs but commercial xml's being created

Thought I would try a couple of things. First I tried dropping back to 1.2.2.4 and still got the errors. Then tried disabling dtbservice and ran dvrmsfilewatcher.exe instead, still got the errors. Not sure what to try next, any suggestions?

Re: Errors in logs but commercial xml's being created

    FYI,

I have been experimenting with different versions of dtb and the addin and believe I have found a setup which works without any event log errors or dtb/fw log errors (well at least on my system :-)).  I am using it purely for commercial skipping of recorded .wtv files.

I am running dtb 1.2.1.7 and dtbaddin 1.0.0.5 with comskip 81-052 donators version.

I chose dtb 1.2.1.7 because it is the first version to include the metadatawait action which I need, otherwise comskip hangs.

I had to manually set "promptscan" and "suppressnotfound" in the registry as these settings didn't seem to stick when set in the GUI.

I might try some later versions, will report back if/when I try.

     You can ignore those errors.
