I am currently using DVRMSToolboxGUI 1.2.1.7 on Vista Ultimate and will be shortly rebuilding my TV recording system to Windows 7 Ultimate. And I normally use the option "Cut commercials out of a DVR-MS file and output DVR-MS" and produce a file called *-clean.dvrms and then burn these to a 4gig DVD for my Video recording collection. I notice that the audio is out of synch with the video most of the time. This is especially noticable with spoken words and the "speaking does not match the mouth" etc.
1) Will the new version produce a dvrms file with no commercials and have better voice/video synch'ing?
2) what downloads will I need for the latest and greatest commercial skipping and Tool Box?
