    Cannot download Win7 DTB Addin

    Hello,

     I just downloaded and installed DVRMSToolbox1225 and a lot of these tutorials say I need to have Win7 DTB Addin to make Commercial Skipping happen.  When I try to download it I get a "you do not have the proper permissions" to download.

     Any suggestions?

    Not sure why but after I wrote this I was able to download.  I assume the account had to resolve itself before downloading.  So that's a lesson to you newbies, wait an hour before complaining. ;)

    I am still seeing this issue, and I signed up over 12 hours ago.

    I am trying to download the DTB addin for W8, and I keep getting the access denied message.

    Is there any other way for me to get the file?
