Is M a network drive?  If so, try running it on your a local drive.  Also, I recommend adding the "-v" switch to your cmd line for todvrms.

The m drive is a local drive. I still get the same problme when I run it from my local C drive as well. I'll try adding -v switch to the cmd line. So it should read like this right: %InputFile%" "%OutputFile%" -wtv -v

Do all your folders have comma's in the title?  Just pulling at straws here.  Your command line is correct.

Yes they do. I tried moving my mkv to my root C drive and it still failed. I am trying your method now.

Can you post the log from your local hard drive processing from a folder without a comma?

Some people have reported issues similar to this with a special RAID setup.  What's your setup like?  Do you have another PC to test on?

I don't have any special RAID setup. I have my main drive and I have another local drive where I back up the few blu-ray movies I own. I don't have another pc to test.

Have you tried running it through the toDVRMSGui directly?
