so it is leaving a single .edl file behind.... it removes the others no problem. Odd..?

DVRMSToolbox settings ->Filewatcher

Cleanup Ext

Just change edl output to 0 in comskip.ini. You don't need it anyway.

I was just about to post asking for something just like this: I just wanted WTV -> MPG -- I wasn't trying (yet) to remove commercials. I'm giving this profile a try now. Thanks!
