DVRMSToolbox File Watcher not scanning folders recursively

I am running 1.2.2.0 since it cooperates with the -haali command line to convert MKV to WTV.  Everything is working great, but when recursive watch is set to TRUE, file watcher is not looking in sub-folders for files.  If I copy the same files to the root of the watched folder, they are picked up fine and processed.  I checked the registry key and the recursive watch value is set to (1) or TRUE.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Copy toDVRMS out of the folder and then install the newest version of the toolbox and copy toDVRMS back.  Post back if the lastest version of the toolbox has issues.  There have been all sorts of improvements size 1.2.2.0, and recursive watch may be one of them.

How do you reset the file watcher?  I have the latest 1.2.2.2 DVRMSToolbox installed.  It appears to be watching both my F:\Recorded TV and F:\TempTV folders, however it is only actively picking up .WTV files in F:\Recorded TV and scanning them for commercials (thus generating the corresponding XML file).  It appears that the sub-folders within F:\TempTV that each contain a single .mkv file are not even being seen despite this folder being in the DVRMSToolbox watcher folder list.  Instead it appears to ignore the F:\TempTV folder and its sub-folders altogether.  If I copy the contents of \TempTV out to another folder then back into F:\TempTV it still ignores them.  Yet when I attempt to process a file individually using the GUI, it is converted from MKV to WTV without an issues.  My process conditions also seem to be OK.  Is there a cache file somewhere I can delete to get it to re-process?  Almost seems like unless my F:\Recorded TV folder is empty, it doesn't even look at my second watch folder called F:\TempTV.  Thanks!

Was there ever a solution to this? I have the latest version installed on a brand new machine and it is still not doing the recursive watching.

I know this is an old thread but has anyone got this working? I have a fresh Win 7 64bit install and cannot get it working with any version including the latest 1.2.2.6. In fact, recursive file watching has never worked for me on any machine. Any help is appreciated.

I ended up using Belvedere to monitor subfolders and move the files up to the root so DVRMS Toolbox would pick it up and process it.

My scenario was that I was ripping my Blu-Ray's down to MKV but then I also wanted to automatically create a DVRMS version that was more Media Center Extender friendly. I used AutoRip & Compress which makes MKV creation super easy but it always put the file in a sub-folder of my watch folder. Now Belvedere moves it up a level for me and everything is working great.

I'm not able to scan files recursively with 1.2.2.5. Also the suggestion using Belvedere only gets you partially there. You then have to create a .bat file because Belvedere will only pass the file path to the first argument and somehow check to see if DVRMStoMPEG.exe is not already running (or some maybe move the file out of the directory with DVRMStoMPEG.exe first thing).
EDIT: Just realized what you were saying AndresE, using Belvedere to just move the files up a directory, GENUIS. :)
