 To start off I am on a Windows 7 x64 PC streaming to an Xbox 360 Media Center. I have DVRmsToolBox 1.2.1.8 installed. I am trying to follow Ben Drawbaugh's post on EngadgetHD (http://www.engadgethd.com/2009/02/24/how-to-automatically-download-and-import-hd-to-windows-media-cen/) to automatically download HD shows wrap them into a DVR-MS format. My problem is when a show is transferred to My Recorded TV directory (C:\Users\Public\Recorded TV) The process does not start. I checked the log file and the only thing it says is this:

Any ideas on why it not even starting?

You have to go into dvrmstoolbox settings and on the filewatcher tab, ensure that .avi is on the watched extensions list.

 It's in there. Here is how I have DVRMSToolBox set up to do this. Maybe I'm overlooking something:

 did you restart the FW after making that change?

I got it. Now I'm just not sure if it's getting the proper show info but it is working. I had to go into the Convert MKV to DVR-MS -mencoder profile and the one for the AVI. Then I had to edit the Read Metadata from tvdb to continue on fail. It's converting now so I'll update later.
