No Audio when converting DVR-MS to WMV or MPG file

    Hi,

I have just started using this tool and have just joined this forum. I am amazed at what this tool can do and how nicely it does. I am using this on a Vista Media center machine. I am trying to convert the DVR-MS files into WMV or MPEG. It looks like the conversion takes place, but when I play the converted file, there is no audio. I am not sure why or where the audio is getting lost during the conversion. If anyone else has encountered the same problem or if you know what I might be doing wrong, can you please help me fix this issue. I apologize if this has already been answered as I tried looking in the forums, but could not find it.  I had seen that some people had posted log files. Can you please tell me where I can find the log file and/ or how to enable logging. Can I do this, by just selecting and processing one file, if needed?

I am using toolbox version 1.2.1.7.

    Thanks,

    Pradeep

I also wanted to mention that I am trying to use the seeded profiles ' Cut out commercials convert to mpeg' and 'Cut out commercials, convert to WMV'

I was able to retrieve the log file and see an error that is addressed elsewhere. It looks like I need to use the DVR-MS to WMVHD profile. I still cannot access it, but hopefully I will be able to access it at some point of time and then get this issue resolved. For someone else who might be running into the same issue, the error that I am seeing is

error, non monotone timestamps 105762240 >= 105762240 and it repeats a lot of times.

    Regards,

    Pradeep
