    Process an entire directory

    Hello,

I'm trying to process an entire directory of Recordings created by sage, as well as ones that I've converted over from MCE2005. I just enabled filewatcher and it seems to be generating the output files correctly for new recordings. Also if I do a single file with the "Scan for commerials" profile it works well. But if I try and do an entire directory I only get the following:

    -----------------------------------------------------
    Setting Priority = RealTime

I also tried with the "Old Scan for commerials" with no the same result.

    Am I missing something???

the folder processor only sees dvr-ms, this was an oversight that I intend to fix in the next rev.  btw, I wouldn't recommend using RealTime.

I was starting to think something like that was the issue... any ETA on a new version? I should note that I created a new rule that converts the org file from dvr-ms to mpg, then scans the mpg for commercials and builds the commercial files. This rule has no issues running on an entire directory.

I was just trying all kinds of different prioirties to see if one of them would work.

I've been working on another project, so I'm not sure when the next rev of DTB will make it out.

Ok, thanks for hte update. Guess I'll just process the important files on their own.

create a for %% cmd file, it will do the same thing.

Why not just move the files to a different directory, then drag them all back in?  FW will see them as new files and process them.

I wouldn't recommend doing more than 5-10 at a time with this approach.
