It seems to work sometimes but not always.  I am going to do further testing.

So far I have had much better success with wait time set to 10.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can delay processing until the show is done recording?  I can't use the traditional method of relying on a commercial analyzer because I am running the tv pack and have to convert first.  So far I have tried using the wait in the settings tool and it works sometimes.  I have also tried the action file size wait, which doesn't seem to wait more then 30 seconds even if the show is still recording.  I am willing to try any ideas.

there's an option in the settings tool to delay PC eval until a file hits a specific size, have you tried using that?

can you post the log files so I can see what's going on with both actions?

I'll give the file size wait a try and report back.

This is what happened with file size wait set to 3950.  This is not the exact issue I have been talking about but slightly different.  The show started recording at 6:58, I am not sure whether it waited to test processing conditions or not?  Also,  the channel was 606 but every file was a match.  Any idea why this didn't work.

once upon a time, many years ago, someone was having a similar problem and it turned out to be some "optimization" setting which turned off modified dates getting updated.
