THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

BTW - I was an idiot, rollup 1 was installed but not rollup 2. Weird when I went to Windows update I did all updates (including .net 1.1 and the service pack) and the rollup never showed up. I had to manually find it and download then install... But now it works.. Thanks for your help and patience.
