First of all, let me just say this product is outstanding and I really appreciate it. I have come across an issue which I find perplexing. I initially upgraded from 1.1.0.4 to 1.1.0.6 and started processing some dvrms files one by one to wmv format with the cut out commercials option. After a few days and about 10 or 11 files, my commercial skip during normal dvrms replay in MCE stopped working (this is using SA). After reading up on several posts here I decided my best bet was to uninstall and reinstall 1.1.0.6. After a successful uninstall, I attempted a reinstall and it failed right after the GUI popped up to allow me to save my paths and settings. It popped an error message about something missing and it rolled back. I researched on the forums more and decided I needed to follow the manual uninstall directions for XP, which I did to a T. None of the specified reg keys are left, none of the dlls, none of the related folders, and I made sure that all the specified processes weren't running, and did a reboot as per the instructions. Even after all this has been cleaned off the system, I still get that same error and rollback. I even tried reverting back to 1.1.0.4 after double checking the manual uninstall and I get the same error with 1.1.0.4. I'm afraid my only option now is to wipe my system clean and start over. If any of you have any last ideas I can attempt before I take the plunge, it would be appreciated.
