    I cannot convert one file at a time using this tool.  I open the tool select the Process file tab.  Enter the file name that I want to process.  Enter the outputfile name.  Choose me profile to use. and click run.  Here is the output I get.

    InputFile=O:\Recorded TV\Nightly Business Report_WETA_17_09_2007_18_28_01.dvr-ms

    When I look in the task manager there is no activity for the process DVRMStoMPEG.exe.  When I use the directory tab everything works fine.  Any ideas?

    very odd, they actually use the same exe to do the work...

    what happens if you call it from the cmd line (there's an option to generate it).
