I installed this program, and I know it installed completely because I got the prompt to restart my computer. In the program files it now shows Dragon Global's Show Analyzer and a DVRMSToolbox folder containing a lot of things I don't understand how to use. When I tested it in the Media Center, I didn't receive any prompts or anything and the commercials came on like normal. I tried with both a show I'd recorded before installing the Toolbox and with a show that I recorded after installation and both times I got nothing. The file description made it sound like everything was built in. Do I need to install other files separately to make it work?
