the install issues should be sorted out now, try downloading it again and having another go.

If you've installed a previous version, make sure you uninstall if first. If it will not install, browse to "%programfiles%\dvrmstoolbox" and delete and files in the directory (do no delete the commercialsxml folder)

Cannot install software. After clicking on Save at 3.4 in the install instructions I get a message "an exception occurred during the commit phase of the installation." When I say OK a message comes up "install was interrupted" and instalation halts. Any suggestions please? I did accept the EULA and accepted all the defaults.
