Not receiving NULL error anymore, but now, absolutely no commercials being skipped.

I've been using the 1.0.0.5 EA release (is that any different from the Public release) and the NULL error is gone and skipping works perfect.  

What I  do notice is that sometimes it briefly appears that the skipping is going to fail - eg. pushing the skip forward button (which on my setup is the right arrow) will momentarily bring up program info as if the skipping addin were not working.  But then the fix seems to kick in and the skips initiates as it normally would.  Further skips work fine without any delay.
